I took the year off 2018 from doing any competitions, and with 2019 around the corner I can’t wait to jump back on the stage! I came down with the flu over veterans day weekend, and with that out the way, I saw the perfect opportunity to start training for my show come March 2019. While I’m still putting together an 8-week plan for bulking up from 190 to 205 lbs. I’ve upped my calorie intake and changed my cardio from running to H.I.I.T. Check out my first day back on my road to nationally qualify in the NPC 2019! Back day!!!!
