CUTTING PROCESSED​​ SUGAR

Two weeks into my intermittent fast and I’m down 14lbs, two weeks of apple cider vinegar as well. I’m noting reducing of bloating and decrease of appetite. I say my fast is working out successful.

Today marks a new bench mark. Today I cut processed sugars out of my diet. This is hard for me as I’m a comfort eater and love my sweets. I plan to buckle down and hold down my routine. check out the vlog!
