Hello everyone, I’m excited to share my fitness challenge with you. Over the duration of the next 30 days, we will work out various muscle groups, conducting squats, push-ups, and core exercises. This will be guaranteed to build your strength and endurance, as well as tone your muscles and overall body.

In addition to the exercise, we will conduct stretches as well as preparatory exercises to help prevent injury and muscle fatigue. I will go over and recommend alternative ways to do the exercises if some exercises get too intense. If you feel you’ve reached muscle failure at any point be sure to stop, mark that as your benchmark and we will gradually increase as we advance weeks.

Everyone who participates are at different physical abilities, so don’t feel compelled to do the same amount of reps and sets as I do. I will conduct 4 sets of 25 of each exercise. But if 10 sets of 10 work better for you conduct that. This isn’t a race and everyone’s circumstance is different so make sure to try your best to complete 100 reps of each exercise group within a 24 hr spand.
