Today is day 2 of the 30 day fitness challenge. Squats, push- ups and core exercises. You need to conduct 100 reps of each within a 24 hour period. For the first week I will be conducting 4 sets of 25 of each exercise. I was a little sore from yesterday but it felt better for me knocking it out today. Keep in mind we are all different, im pretty expierienced and workout often so conduct in a manner thats better for you. You have 24 hours to get it in. LETS GET IT!
